Garneau Tool Policies and Service Disclaimer

Garneau Tool's policies include a daily storage fee of $15 for machines not picked up within 48 hours after repair completion and pickup notification. Machines left unclaimed for 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be sold or disposed of. We do not release machines until repairs or diagnosis are complete once we have intake them, and we reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or irreparable machines. Clients must ensure machines are reasonably clean upon intake; excessively dirty machines will incur a cleaning fee of $25. Garneau Tool is not responsible for pre-existing damage, theft, vandalism, or weather-related damage if machines are stored outside. Additionally, no work or parts orders will be conducted without prior authorization, and there is no warranty on repairs. For non-running machines, there are no guarantees that a tune-up will resolve the issue if there are underlying problems.

What We DON'T work on

At Garneau Tool, we specialize in small engine repair and maintenance, servicing a variety of equipment including snowblowers, snow throwers, push and self-propelled mowers, zero-turn and riding mowers, string trimmers, hand and backpack air blowers, and chainsaws (engines and carburetors only, we do not service chains). However, we do not work on air or pneumatic tools, electric tools (corded or battery-powered), generators (we do not service them at all), ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, cars, motorcycles, boat engines, Sea-Doo, or other watercraft. Our expertise is focused on ensuring your small engine machines are running smoothly and efficiently.
